Dworkz is a San Francisco based UI/UX design and development firm for data-driven B2B SaaS companies.

Gett, the taxi-hailing app, which was formerly known as Get Taxi, has been acquired by Pango, a parking payments app. Pango is paying $175 million for Gett, which is close to the valuation that was reported by "Globes" in March. This acquisition is only slightly above the fair value of $160 million, which is attributed to Gett by its largest shareholder, Swedish investment fund VNV Global.

We have been working with Gett from the very beginning when the founder of the company Dave Waiser came to us with his idea literally on the napkin. We designed Gett's first two releases for passengers and drivers. The company quickly grew, and it needed an internal design department.

When the internet was still trying to find its identity, Dworkz was founded on the belief that innovative ideas and engaging interactive experiences created with skill and creativity would propel our clients' businesses forward.

Our ideals and commitment to our work, team, and clients have remained consistent since our establishment in 2004. This is still true today. We have refined the Cellanome's brand guide to ensure consistency across all platforms by incorporating essential elements: colors, fonts, and iconography.

Cellanome is developing an automated platform to enable a richer understanding of individual cell behaviors, interactions, and functions across a range of stimuli and parameters, at massively parallel scale.

As of November 29, 2023, Headroom has been acquired by Upwork. This acquisition will help the Headroom team to expand their mission beyond video collaboration to tackle all Future of Work with the largest talent marketplace. They will continue to innovate in multimodal generative AI, affective computing, and real-time communication across all aspects of virtual collaboration to help companies and individuals be more effective and productive at what they do.
